Location: Mountain View CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $75.00 - $85.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer with over 10 years of experience to provide technical support, evaluate user needs, define technical problems, and implement solutions in various data and analytics domains. The ideal candidate will drive the design, building, and launching of new data models and data pipelines in production. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet objectives and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to system users and customer support staff.
  • Evaluate user needs, define technical problems, and collaborate with engineering/development staff to determine solutions.
  • Assist customers in implementing solutions, ensuring effective maintenance and enhancement of system performance.
  • Drive the design, building, and launching of new data models and data pipelines in production.
  • Simplify stories with data, providing concise insights to drive outcomes with leadership and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in data modeling and mapping business needs into data design.
  • Deep knowledge of ETL and data pipelines.
  • Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Industry Experience Required:
Experience in digital products, service operations, e-commerce marketplace, customer care, finance, and marketing domains is required for this role.
