Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour on W2


Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to guide our most valued customers in fully leveraging their investment in Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions. The ideal candidate will build and nurture one-on-one relationships, deliver a bespoke suite of technical services, and enable operational excellence and innovation through strategic guidance. You’ll ensure clients achieve their business objectives with Adobe technology while serving as their primary technical point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Translate business needs into technical and operational plans with senior executives.
  • Work closely withinternal teams to address and solve customer queries and issues.
  • Provide impactful data analysis and insights to both the customer and leadership.
  • Proactively update customers and internal partners with status reports and solutions to emerging concerns.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Exceptional customer experience focus with the ability to proactively drive value realization.
  • Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the confidence to engage clients across various levels, including CMOs and CXOs.
Industry Experience Required:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a consultative, customer-facing role within the marketing technology domain.
  • Familiarity with Adobe solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, etc., is highly desired.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and SaaS UX principles.
