Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Information Architect to develop and maintain comprehensive information products for product and service lifecycles. This role involves translating complex technical data into clear, accessible documentation for various audiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering teams and utilize specialized tools to ensure accuracy and consistency in all published materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed operational, maintenance, and concept manuals.
Translate complex engineering documents into simplified, controlled language.
Edit and proofread technical content, ensuring adherence to style guides and standards.
Utilize topic-based and single-sourcing methodologies for efficient content creation.
Contribute to the improvement of technical communication processes and tools.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience with manufacturing/engineering product documentation.
Proficiency in XML authoring tools and content management systems.
Excellent grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.
