JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking a dedicated Talent Practices Analyst specializing in DEI to enhance our organizational culture and effectiveness through the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role involves analyzing DEI-related data to inform decision-making, developing training programs, and ensuring the successful implementation of DEI initiatives. The ideal candidate will work towards integrating DEI metrics across the organization, aiding in the creation of a more inclusive and equitable work environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Collect and analyze DEI data to guide DEI initiatives and identify improvement areas.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to display key DEI metrics, tracking progress towards DEI goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify DEI practice improvements and integrate DEI metrics across the organization.
  • Develop and implement plans addressing DEI challenges in talent practices.
  • Stay informed on DEI trends, developing educational materials for stakeholders and evaluating the effectiveness of DEI strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Strong foundation in DEI principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent project management and strategic planning abilities.
Industry Experience Required:
5+ years in HR analytics or a similar field, with a strong emphasis on DEI analytics.
Preferred Master’s degree in HR, business, statistics, or a similar field, with a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement.
