JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to enhance our recruitment operations and process efficiencies. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), provide analytical support for process improvements, and lead training sessions on ATS functionalities. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in ambiguous situations and possesses a strong background in recruitment technologies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct requirements gathering and propose solutions to enhance ATS functionality and user experience.
- Analyze ATS performance data to identify and implement system enhancements.
- Train Talent Acquisition Operations staff on ATS functionalities and collaborate with change management teams.
- Promptly troubleshoot and resolve ATS-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and provide progress updates.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in ATS configuration and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective project management and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years in recruitment operations or a related field with a focus on ATS improvement.
- Experience with Eightfold and Workday ATS platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employment legislation.
