JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We're looking for a talented individual to join the Endpoint Management team as a CW Sr. DevsOPS Endpoint Engineer.
- Responsibilities: The primary focus is technical leadership in the planning, designing, implementing, and supporting Intuits Endpoint Infrastructure, helping drive multiple initiatives Provide operational support for Intuits Endpoint Management environment
- Provide end-user support as directed by management and work on multiple functions of high complexity. Ensure thorough testing of solutions for functionality and compatibility.
- Provide capacity planning and performance monitoring to sustain and improve desktop and mobility service availability. Continually apply DevSecOps principles and apply best practices that improve quality assurance, and product reliability, and deliver quality systems that exceed BU/FG/customers expectations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- AWS Architecture and Administration experience (7+ years) Virtual Machines Managing and Support experience (7+ years)
- Working knowledge of enterprise data center technologies including storage platforms, network switching, and security infrastructure within a virtualized data center Strong working knowledge of Python, Powershell, Shell scripting Strong knowledge of secure coding practices
- Working knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) M. S. in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience. Strong Knowledge and experience with supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Application Suite.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Desktop Management tools Extensive experience in technical troubleshooting. Ability to establish best practices for monitoring and forecasting system/application capacity.
