JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
You'll work with Product Managers, Software Engineers and Technical Account Managers, you’ll have an opportunity to learn more about customers (governments, mobile operators and public safety vendors) to understand their pain points, and ultimately contribute to making ELS better and keeping Android users safer.
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues identified by partners, OEMs, and internal teams.
- Gathering and analyzing logs and data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Creating SQL queries to generate dashboards and reports.
- Escalating potential issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintaining a knowledge base and creating playbooks.
- Providing technical and general operational support to the ELS team.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience with log troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Java and Python (or other scripting languages), advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Basic understanding of Android and its architecture
