Job Summary:
Join a multidisciplinary team focused on expanding unique experiences by sourcing and curating exceptional hosted offerings. As the Supply Manager, Acquisition - Experiences, you'll spearhead efforts to identify, evaluate, and onboard new supply, maintaining quality and alignment with our creative vision. Your role is pivotal in fostering partnerships, enhancing supply quality, and keeping our offerings competitive and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and action items; ensure comprehensive documentation and coordination for successful project execution.
- Oversee stakeholder and vendor communication, contract management, performance tracking, and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute innovative ideas for project and supply enhancement.
- Promote inclusivity and ensure a respectful work environment; facilitate vendor training and integration.
- Regularly assess supply quality through experience attendance; pursue new host acquisitions to diversify and enrich offerings.
Must Have Skills:
- Proficient in project coordination and management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Innovative with a keen eye for trends in the entertainment and travel industry
Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in the entertainment, travel, or hospitality industry is highly beneficial for this role.
