Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading and executing the supplier onboarding process within a mergers and acquisitions integration program. You will ensure a smooth transition for suppliers into the organization's procurement systems while minimizing business impact. Success in this position requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute supplier onboarding initiatives.
  • Develop onboarding strategies and timelines.
  • Facilitate supplier communication and engagement.
  • Manage supplier data and onboarding requirements.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues and track progress.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in supplier onboarding.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Experience in procurement and supplier management processes is essential, with a preference for experience in acquisition or integration programs.
