Job Summary:
As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network within targeted vertical markets. Your main focus will be ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction. Through strategic analysis and engagement, you'll identify top sectors and partners, delivering an outstanding experience that fosters productive, long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential partners in meaningful dialog, quickly assessing their needs and guiding them to suitable resources.
- Take the lead in the relationship with reselling partners during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing long-term productivity.
- Co-develop business plans with new partners, identifying complementary products/services and addressing channel coverage gaps.
- Coordinate with channel marketing and sales management to initiate joint marketing campaigns and sales activities, maintaining a pipeline of active partners
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent partner engagement and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM updates and management
