Duration:  12 Months
Location: Chicago,IL/100% Remote
Pay Range: 58-60/hr on W2

Job Summary:
This role focuses on bringing global sales and product enablement initiatives to life within a specific region. You will act as a key liaison, working closely with field teams and regional leadership to ensure effective adoption and drive improvements in sales execution. Your responsibilities will include identifying regional needs and translating them into actionable enablement strategies that align with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive regional adoption of global enablement programs
  • Identify and address regional capability gaps
  • Build strong relationships with field sales leaders
  • Gather and communicate regional feedback for global strategy
  • Facilitate learning and reinforcement activities
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales enablement or partner enablement
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities
Industry Experience:
Experience supporting channel sales organizations, partner ecosystems, or indirect sales models is required
