Job Summary:
This role involves writing and editing materials to support data infrastructure strategy and organizational transformation projects, ensuring clear communication across the organization. The candidate will work closely with leadership teams to execute strategic initiatives, translating technical information into polished presentations for executive-level audiences, and support change management across the organization. It calls for a strong blend of communication, attention to detail, and project documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, review, and edit strategic communication materials including articles, presentations, and memos.
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational transformation projects.
- Translate technical information into executive-level presentations.
- Document and manage internal strategic projects and change initiatives.
- Support cross-functional team initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, audience-appropriate materials.
- Excellent organizational and project documentation abilities.
- Prior experience in Communications or Business support, with a preference for backgrounds in data infrastructure and cloud tooling environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders or stakeholders.
- Certification in change management (preferred).
