Job Summary:
We are looking for a Strategic Bilingual Project Lead to support Strategic Account Managers, coordinate and execute projects, and ensure their efficient implementation within a supply chain and technology domain. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional administrative, coordination, and bilingual communication skills, thriving in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for career development in project management, allowing the individual to showcase leadership and apply strategic insights in a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project coordination & support, defining project scope, resources, and requirements, and ensuring on-time task completions.
- Manage client and stakeholder communication effectively in both French and English.
- Maintain detailed documentation & reporting, including project timelines and progress reports in both languages.
- Monitor project performance, updating KPIs and tracking deliverables.
- Identify risks and issues, suggesting process improvements for efficiency.
Must-Have Skills:
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Planner, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
Industry Experience Required:
- Preferably experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- This role is essential for someone ready to leverage their bilingual capabilities and project management skills in a strategic, impactful manner.
