JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Storytelling Team Lead to spearhead our storytelling initiatives, focusing on delivering top-quality narrative and visual content while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will manage the storytelling process from inception to delivery, collaborating closely with motion graphics and audio-visual designers, ensuring our narratives resonate with and inspire our audience. This role requires a proactive leader capable of working independently and leading a team towards collaborative success and innovation in storytelling.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Lead and manage storytelling projects ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines and brand standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including motion graphics and audio-visual designers, to design and execute compelling storyboards, concepts, and scripts.
Oversee the production process from request to delivery, aligning with our strategic goals and brand identity.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, coordinating kick-offs, check-ins, and ensuring clear, impactful storytelling.
Independently drive projects from conception to completion while fostering a collaborative team environment and shared vision.
Must have Skills
Outstanding writing and narrative crafting skills.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and leading a creative team.
Industry Experience Required:
Previous experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team within a tech company is preferred.
