Pay Range: $80 - $90 Per Hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Staff UX Researcher with a profound understanding of sales workflows and AI enhancements to lead our effort in shaping exceptional experiences within our Sales organization through mixed-method research. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights that influence product strategy and enhance seller workflows with AI-driven solutions. You'll work cross-functionally to advocate sales employee needs, ensuring research findings are integrated into product lifecycles from ideation through to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for sales employee needs throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring their insights shape ideation to launch.
  • Conduct and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative research, generating insights to drive product strategy.
  • Effectively communicate findings to influence strategy and roadmap development through compelling storytelling.
  • Champion UX research, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute impactful research plans.
  • Mentor team members in research methodologies, overseeing research quality to deliver actionable recommendations.
Must-Have Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of sales workflows, CRM tools, lead management, and deal cycles.
  • Proven ability to embed research into product roadmaps using customer-centered techniques.
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing and data analysis.
Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience in sales-oriented environments, particularly those knowledgeable about agentic AI applications to improve seller efficiency, will be preferred.
