Pay Range: $60.00 - $70.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive strategic programs, influence business outcomes in alignment with our overarching strategy, and champion operational excellence across the organization. This role involves leading complex, cross-organizational change initiatives, developing and executing high-quality program plans, and leveraging data to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of collaboration, mentor other program managers, and master software development methodologies to shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic programs in partnership with VP+ leaders to accelerate business outcomes aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Lead and execute complex change initiatives, fostering collaboration and open communication across teams.
  • Develop and implement high-quality program plans, using data to track progress, identify risks, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
  • Champion operational excellence, define best practices for program management, and mentor other TPMs.
  • Leverage expertise in software development methodologies and AI-native technologies to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.

Industry Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience in software development or a related technical field.
  • Experience with data analytics and AI/ML concepts is preferred.
