Pay Range: $70.00 - $80.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:
Join the Company's Expert Network Team as a Staff Program Manager, playing a key role in driving readiness for significant changes impacting our customer success expert ecosystem. You will be at the heart of ensuring seamless adoption of these changes by collaborating across teams, improving processes, and optimizing operational efficiencies. The role demands a passion for change management, with responsibilities emphasizing the success and preparedness of our diverse expert network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute readiness initiatives, ensuring high adoption and minimal defects.
  • Assess risks and drive mitigation efforts across multiple workstreams to maintain timely and effective releases.
  • Collaborate with product and communication teams for proactive change communication.
  • Develop and deliver training, UAT, help content, and SOPs for expert network.
  • Optimize change delivery processes and mentor others in change management practices.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven performance in change management.
  • Strong program or project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Industry Experience Required:

  • Experience utilizing AI for the purpose of streamlining business tasks is preferred.
  • Lean, Six Sigma knowledge is considered a plus.
