This role involves the design and implementation of complex Generative AI solutions, mentoring junior talent and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenging business problems through innovative technologies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to take ownership of projects, and adept at delivering high-quality results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in roles focusing on AI development and deployment, is essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work across dispersed teams will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of Generative AI solution development, from design to support.
- Experiment with and adopt new technologies to stay at the forefront of tech trends.
- Mentor engineering peers, fostering an environment of growth and best practices.
- Translate complex requirements into technical designs, developing innovative POCs.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and optimal performance of AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with other programming languages (Java, Go, Rust, or C/C++).
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning frameworks (especially PyTorch).
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable, high-performance cloud solutions for AI, preferably on AWS.
