JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar majors. Graduate degree preferred (CPA, MST or JD/LLM).
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in US international tax advisory, planning, and modeling. Big 4 accounting firm, law firm, and/or large corporate tax department experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of US international tax technical rules, including TCJA and later developments (GILTI, subpart F, FTC, BEAT, FDII, section 163(j), repatriation, etc.).
• Strong tax research, writing, analytical, and modeling skills.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and research programs (e.g., Checkpoint, BNA).
