Contract Type:  W2
Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Pay Range: $70.00 - $75.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator to revolutionize our business workflows, enhance our code practices, and lead Salesforce development projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in automating processes, creating custom user experiences, and driving the integration of Salesforce with other systems to support global initiatives. This role involves both independent work and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce features and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and implement automation opportunities in repetitive workflows and optimization of back-end processes.
  • Develop and maintain a world-class Salesforce component library, enabling Administrators to deliver custom features at scale.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce professionals, setting high standards for code quality and Salesforce excellence.
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of new global Salesforce features, maintaining existing products and providing global user support.
  • Collaborate extensively with Product Managers and stakeholders for requirements gathering, solution consulting, and implementation.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Previous Experience using AWS Systems
  • Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
