JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Program Manager to coordinate and oversee our company's programs, focusing on scheduling, pricing, and technical performance. The role involves negotiating contracts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring that projects align with the financial and operational goals of the company. The successful candidate will act as a key advisor to the program team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts, taking into account financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements.
  • Develop new business and expand the product line, ensuring adherence to master plans and schedules.
  • Solve program problems and direct the work of team members from various departments.
  • Prepare proposals to win new programs and ensure project completion within time and budget constraints.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Proven experience in Project/Program Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Industry Experience Required:
Extensive experience in Marketing/Sales/Customer Service domains is preferred. Familiarity with Go-To-Market (GTM) processes and product/channel coordination will be advantageous.
