Job Summary:
We are seeking four Senior Material Planners for our supply chain team, primarily focusing on supply requirements through MRP for over 200 Tier 1 suppliers and 3,000+ parts and components. This role involves building operational partnerships, ensuring supplier performance, and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, conducting data-driven decision support, and facilitating communication across multifunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploying supply requirements to suppliers via MRP to align with production and inventory goals.
  • Maintaining operational relationships with suppliers, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery.
  • Collaborating across functions (Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.) to resolve material-related issues.
  • Applying analytics and supply chain expertise to manage inventory and minimize costs.
  • Leading supplier performance improvement projects and supporting new product supply chain planning.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Solid understanding and experience with SAP/MRP systems.
  • Proven leadership and team engagement capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Domain Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of material planning experience in an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.
