Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Integration Engineer with a strong background in API and integration development to join our team in Mississauga for a 6-month project with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Azure Cloud services, hands-on experience with C# or JavaScript, and deep knowledge of EDI standards to drive seamless data exchange between systems and ensure optimal database and application performance. This role involves designing and implementing secure, scalable integration solutions, and optimizing workflows and databases in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage APIs for internal and external data exchange, leveraging Azure API Management.
Integrate various technology stacks into Azure, utilizing services like Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Functions for enhanced interoperability.
Develop and standardize automated workflows to improve operational efficiency using Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
Optimize database performance through efficient query design, indexing, and monitoring.
Implement security and monitoring practices to protect data and ensure system reliability.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in RESTful API development and Azure Cloud services.
Strong expertise in programming with C# or JavaScript.
Advanced SQL skills for complex database management.

Industry Experience Required:

Experience building and maintaining integrations in complex environments, with a preference for candidates familiar with compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).
