Job Description
Primary Skills: FP&A, Tableau, OPEX, SAP, SAC, Excel
Contract Type: W2 Only
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid 3 days a week)
Pay Range: $80- $85 per hour on W2
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with sales leaders to synchronize business and financial targets.
- Execute and improve the monthly and quarterly financial processes across the sales organization.
- Provide detailed analysis on business financials, identifying key variances, risks, and drivers.
- Generate actionable insights from data analysis to guide decision-making.
- Address ad-hoc and regular requests from business partners and cross-functional teams to foster high corporate performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven FP&A expertise with a strong track record, including team leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to influence.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and analytical tools like Tableau.
