Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst for our client's Chief Data & Analytics Office, tasked with supporting data clean-up and analysis following a major merger. This role is critical for ensuring the integrity and utility of our data assets to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data projects within banking, possessing key skills in analytical tools, striving in fast-paced environments, and demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and cleanse duplicated data sources according to protocols.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
• Implement and manage analytics solutions to ensure data consistency and repeatability.
• Identify trends and patterns, enhancing datasets for continuous improvement.
• Solve complex issues independently, contributing to broader team and project goals.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years in Data Analytics within banking or financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL and other programming/query/modeling analytical tools.
• Strong aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and working independently.

Industry Experience:

• Previous banking experience required, with familiarity in data clean-up/data migration projects highly preferred.
