- Champion customer-generated innovation and feedback within Adobe, promoting strategic use cases and improvements.
- Proven customer success background in a tech industry, ideally SaaS or digital marketing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict mediation skills.
- Experience with account planning and executive-level engagement and presentations.
- Telecommunications industry experience highly preferred.
