JOB RESPOBSIBILITIES:
- Design clear and engaging content across web and mobile platforms focusing on the financial management needs of sellers.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, product designers, and other stakeholders to iterate and refine content solutions.
- Develop and implement a cohesive product content strategy that addresses accessibility, inclusivity, and simplicity.
- Utilize Figma to align visual and textual design elements within product experiences.
- Simplify complex information into accessible, easy-to-understand language aligned with eBay's strategic goals.
- Strong experience in content design and UX writing with a focus on in-product content creation.
- Proven ability in developing content strategies for both web and mobile platforms, with a clear understanding of accessibility and inclusivity principles.
- Demonstrable skills in Figma and a solid understanding of information architecture and taxonomy.
