The Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors for The Company, acting as a technical sage on the product and facilitating its analysis, design, configuration, and testing across different modules.
- Provide technical insight during Business Requirements discussions about SuccessFactors system functionality.
- Convert business requirements into system configurations and solution designs within various SuccessFactors modules.
- Carry out hands-on configuration and unit testing of the SuccessFactors system.
- Participate in integration, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify and mitigate any issues or gaps within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- 5+ years of Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proficient in translating business processes into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think systematically.
