Job Summary:
The Senior Digital Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions, enhancing user experience, and optimizing the online presence of our digital platforms through expert analysis and insights derived from Adobe and Google Analytics. This hybrid role, based in either Plano, TX, or Pleasanton, CA, will focus on the end-to-end management of analytics tracking, collaborating with cross-functional teams for accurate data collection, and leading the development of comprehensive reports and actionable insights. The position offers the flexibility of remote work for three days a week, with a requirement to be on-site for two days, which will be determined upon role commencement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Adobe and Google Analytics tracking across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet analytics tracking needs and ensure precise data collection.
- Analyze website performance metrics, monitor traffic trends, and study user behavior to inform strategies.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards, highlighting insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and utilize data analysis for recommendations on improving site usability and conversion rates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Thoughtspot).
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web development is must.
