Pay Range: $70 - $74 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer to develop secure, scalable, React-based connectivity applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack development with ReactJS and Python, building APIs, integrating distributed systems, and collaborating across engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build secure, scalable React-based connectivity applications.
  • Develop APIs and services that interface with distributed business applications and databases.
  • Define technical approaches for product features, optimizing for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Cybersecurity teams to support product releases.
  • Partner with multiple engineering teams to influence architecture and technical design decisions.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  • Integrate and customize third-party applications and services.

Must-have Skills:
  • Strong Python server-side development experience.
  • Hands-on ReactJS front-end development experience.
  • Experience with Material-UI.
  • Strong knowledge of JSON.
  • Experience with Windsurf.
  • Minimum 4 years of software development experience supporting full-stack applications.
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP Web Services.
  • Familiarity with XML and JSON data formats.
  • Experience using debugging tools such as Wireshark, Fiddler, and Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience integrating third-party applications and services.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required (Master's preferred)
