Duration:  7+ Months
Location: Rochester, NY (#LI-Onsite)
Pay Range: $22-$26 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes and equipment through proactive maintenance and the implementation of improvements. You will troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with engineering teams, and contribute to the optimization of production lines. This position emphasizes maintaining a safe and compliant work environment while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production machinery.
  • Identify and document opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on problem-solving and updates.
  • Work with advanced technologies like robotics and vision systems.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation.
  • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
Industry Experience:
Experience with regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
