Pay Range: $60 - 68 /hr. on W2

Job Summary:
This role seeks a dynamic leader to guide a marketing team and orchestrate impactful customer campaigns. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering team growth, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives within the creator audience. Success hinges on leading high-performing teams and executing customer-centric marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of major marketing campaigns.
  • Provide strategic direction for campaign development.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments on initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and project timelines.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the digital creative software industry is preferred.
