JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Service Managers from various teams to complete design documentation, consult on technical matters, and fulfill network and server build requests.
- Act as a jack-of-all-trades, performing tasks such as software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving environment with diverse responsibilities.
- Possess strong leadership skills and exceptional communication abilities. Take ownership of projects, build relationships, and effectively drive technical solutions from conception to implementation.
- Be an organized self-starter capable of working independently. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Display technical proficiency, adaptability, and a customer-oriented mindset to meet their needs effectively.
- 3+ years of experience with tools like Terraform, Packer, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes. Proficient in Python scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- 5+ years of experience with Unix/Linux systems. Skilled in automating build and system configuration. Strong knowledge of AWS services and high-availability configurations.
- Certification and/or experience with AWS services in production environments. Ability to design, manage, and automate cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Python scripting. Familiarity with JSON, YAML, and Boto3. Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture, Microservices, and API Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Customer-focused approach.
