Job Summary: This role is critical for driving industry disruption and business transformation through strategic digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at translating customer needs and business strategy into actionable functional capabilities and efficient operational processes, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will serve as a key bridge between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring alignment and driving successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, performing gap analysis and defining project scope.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and solution design.
- Leverage Salesforce expertise to understand user needs, drive process improvements, and foster user adoption through training and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that adhere to best practices and platform guidelines.
- Develop test plans, execute testing, and support release activities for new features and capabilities.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business process evaluation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Domain/Industry Experience: Sales Processes (Quoting, Contracting, Billing, Provisioning), Quote-to-Revenue processes, understanding of CPQ, Billing, CLM, ERP systems, and SDLC principles including SOX Compliance.
