Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour. on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Automation and Video Systems Test Engineer with a solid background in automation systems and a keen understanding of video/imaging systems. The ideal candidate will possess the knowledge to author new tests using scripting languages and have experience with performance testing of video/imaging systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality, performance, and scalability of Adobe video applications such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Author new automation scripts and tests, enhancing our automation infrastructure.
  • Conduct black-box and end-to-end workflow testing, specifically focusing on GPU technologies.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, performance, and scalability for video applications.
  • Collaborate with global teams regularly to meet project goals.
  • Work on constant improvements of testing methodologies for video applications.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Solid experience in automation and black-box testing.
  • Proficient in Python or other scripting languages.
  • Deep understanding of video/imaging systems and testing procedures.
Industry Experience Required:
  • Experience working in software engineering, specifically with a focus on video applications and automation systems.
This position is for a 12-month duration with the possibility of extension, open to candidates who can work in a hybrid setting from the San Jose or Seattle Adobe offices. Candidates should bring at least 3+ years of experience in automation and black-box testing, with a strong preference for those familiar with GPU technologies.
