Duration: 12 Months + (Possible extension for the right candidate)
Location: San Jose, CA – #LI-Remote
Pay Range: $40 - $45 Per Hour W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly meticulous and skilled Software QA Engineer to join our dynamic team, where the role involves finding bugs, defects, and regressions, while designing, implementing, executing, and debugging IT test cases and scripts. The ideal candidate will validate the completion of testing and development, automate test cases, and verify fixes. This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work for candidates based anywhere on the west coast.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and resolve bugs, defects, and regressions to ensure software integrity.
Independently write test cases and bug reports, build test scenarios based on stakeholder discussions.
Design and execute automated end-to-end/system tests, analyzing results for continuous improvement. Validate testing and development completion, thoroughly documenting the process.
Maintain active communication with team members and stakeholders, providing detailed reports and presentations on findings.

Must have Skills:

5+ years of QA experience.
2 years of web app testing experience. Web automation experience. I.e. Cypress, Selenium, Typescript, Javascript required.
Strong capability in writing and automating test cases. Licensing domain experience is required.
Excellent communication skills for detailed reporting and interaction with stakeholders.

Desired Domain Experience:

Prior experience in web application testing and familiar with web automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium) is highly beneficial.
