Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sandbox Provisioning Support Specialist to join our Partner Technical Services team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in sandbox provisioning and may progress to handling sandbox support cases. This role requires efficient task execution under supervision, with an emphasis on maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the provisioning of sandbox environments for developmental and testing purposes.
Provide technical support for sandbox-related inquiries and issues.
Ensure quality and efficiency in all tasks related to sandbox workflow processes.
Work under close supervision of a manager to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
Expand skills and knowledge to potentially support sandbox case resolutions.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience in software provisioning.
Strong technical support background.
Excellent attention to detail.

Required Domain/Industry Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in a professional software-related job function.
Fluent in English (Speak, Read, Write); for effective communication within global teams.
