Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between the Learning & Development organization, IT, instructional designers, and business users. The ideal candidate will have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), software development, SQL/data analytics, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role focuses on developing scalable learning solutions, automating workflows, integrating enterprise applications, and improving the digital learning experience through AI-driven innovation.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between the Learning & Development organization, IT, instructional designers, and business users. The ideal candidate will have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), software development, SQL/data analytics, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role focuses on developing scalable learning solutions, automating workflows, integrating enterprise applications, and improving the digital learning experience through AI-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance LMS-based learning solutions and digital workflows.
- Build reusable application components and integrate LMS platforms with enterprise systems.
- Analyze LMS data using SQL and analytics to improve learning effectiveness and system performance.
- Design AI-driven automation solutions to streamline learning and operational processes.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new application releases and enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT, instructional designers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage LMS content, troubleshoot application issues, and support continuous platform improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Data Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Software Engineering principles and application development.
- Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience integrating APIs and developing scalable web applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- 1–3 years of Data Analytics experience.
- Experience with Percipio, SuccessFactors LMS, or similar LMS platforms.
- Experience with Appian low-code platform.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile, Qualtrics, Zoom, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
- Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, or chatbot development.
- Front-end/UI development experience and accessibility best practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise training or Learning & Development organizations.
- Hybrid schedule (Onsite 3 days per week).
- Up to 25% travel may be required.
