Contract Type: W2/ C2C
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ months (Possible extension)
Pay Range: $50 - $62 per hour on W2
Summary:
- Develop and maintain applications for efficient data collection on mobile devices.
- Implement server-side processing tools for large-scale data analysis and visualization.
- Enhance and support workflow automation and database administration for improved data handling.
- Collaborate with global data collection teams to identify and resolve data collection and analysis issues.
- Contribute to the full stack development and maintenance of location-based service tools.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with full stack Java or Kotlin development
- 2-4 years of solid hands-on experience with workflow automation, database administration, and technical support
- Strong design and development skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Experience with front end web development and data visualization
- Familiarity with developing apps for Android and WearOS
- Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript
- Familiarity with building iOS applications
- Familiarity with Google G-Suite apps: Sheets, Docs, and Forms.
Required Industry Experience:
- The team works with massive datasets, to tangibly improve Location for Billions of users' mobile devices. From on-device algorithms, to server side ML training - using GPS, WiFi & other wireless signals, as well as accelerometer, gyro and other on-device signals.
