Job Summary:
Join our Business Technology team as a Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI, to spearhead the development of next-generation, AI-powered tools and experiences enhancing operations across various departments. You'll play a critical role in creating user-centered, secure applications using GenAI, working closely with a cross-functional team. Embrace the opportunity to make impactful decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and intuitive design within our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop end-to-end GenAI-powered applications, focusing on web UIs, API services, and backend orchestration.
  • Integrate and implement LLM-based experiences using advanced frameworks and tools.
  • Uphold operational excellence through defined standards and frameworks for all services.
  • Develop and maintain responsive, modern frontend interfaces and reusable components to facilitate GenAI capabilities integration.
  • Collaborate on UX design for AI-powered tools, ensuring security, privacy, and observability.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and frontend technologies (React/Vue).
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS) and creating cloud-based AI/ML-driven applications.
  • Proven track record of integrating LLMs and managing vector search and embeddings.

Industry Experience:
Software engineering with a focus on AI/ML applications, preferably within a cloud environment and involving internal tool or enterprise application UI/UX design.
