Pay Range: $45.00 - $49.00 Per Hour
Job Summary:
This role is centered on first-level support and development for a new customer notification platform, SonarIngressService, impacting customer experiences with client's Package deliveries. The position involves developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting/debugging, working with APIs, performing SQL queries, and automating processes to improve system features and metrics documentation. Collaboration with partner teams and enhancement of current programs are also key responsibilities.

- Develop monitoring solutions for SonarIngressService.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in internally developed code, primarily JAVA.
- Work with APIs and perform SQL queries to improve system operations.
- Automate program processes and document newly developed programs.
- Collaborate with partner teams to enhance current systems.
- Strong expertise in JAVA development.
- Proficient in SQL and API usage.
- Effective documentation skills for software development.
