Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join a team focused on modernizing demand planning systems. This role involves developing and enhancing front-end applications and APIs within an AWS environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JavaScript frameworks and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using React and related technologies.
  • Build and integrate robust APIs to support system functionality.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of micro front-end architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality and system performance.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java or Python, with extensive experience in API design, development, and integration.
  • Hands-on expertise in AI/ML and Agentic AI frameworks, with a strong emphasis on LLM evaluation, including measuring model performance, response quality, accuracy, safety, robustness, and alignment across a wide range of use cases.
  • Strong understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its application in building scalable, interoperable AI systems.
Industry Experience:
Experience in supply chain or demand planning is beneficial for this role.
