JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant services for data ingestion into warehouses or lakes.
- Implement data validation, cleansing, and deduplication procedures to ensure high data quality.
- Design and build cost-efficient, high-performance data storage solutions.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and maintenance using CI/CD principles.
- Collaborate with analysts and managers to understand data needs and develop tailored data structures and ETL processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with AWS services and big data technologies (Apache Spark, Hadoop).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, or Scala) and familiarity with data processing frameworks.
- Strong foundation in data standardization, cleansing, transformation techniques, and software engineering best practices.
