- Develop monitoring solutions and focusing on troubleshooting, debugging, and developing monitoring solutions for merchandising applications.
- Perform SQL queries to improve systems that gather feature metrics.
- Update, enhance, and automate support processes along with documentation of systems.
- Proficient in Java programming languages.
- Strong experience with SQL and database management.
- Proven experience in software development and system troubleshooting.
