JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and debug production software application issues
- Develop and implement fixes for internally developed code
- Perform SQL queries and improve system metrics
- Work on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects
- Automate support processes and document systems
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a degree in Computer Science or equivalent field required.
- Strong coding skills in JAVA and PERL
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging,
- Proficient in SQL queries
