JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement monitoring solutions for production software applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in Perl, C/C++, and JAVA codebases, and apply fixes.
- Execute SQL queries to support application functionality and performance.
- Collaborate on corporate and divisional software projects to update and enhance software offerings.
- Automate support processes and contribute to system documentation for enhanced efficiency.
- Proficient in Perl, C/C++, and Java programming languages.
- Strong experience with SQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities.
