Job Summary:
We are in search of a Collaboration Engineer to enhance our Digital Workplace organization, focusing significantly on M365 solutions and integrating pivotal third-party platforms like Zoom and Slack, with a special interest in leveraging AI for collaboration with tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role encapsulates the design, deployment, and ongoing support of these solutions, aiming to translate intricate business requirements into robust, secure collaborative architectures that promote productivity and security. Ideal candidates will possess a blend of deep technical prowess, a commitment to providing top-tier solutions, and a readiness to drive the adoption of cutting-edge collaboration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, optimize, and sustain Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions (Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform).
  • Serve as a key technical advisor, converting business needs into high-functioning, secure collaboration frameworks.
  • Spearhead or contribute to M365 Copilot readiness and deployment, prioritizing productivity, security, and wide adoption.
  • Design and manage platform integrations across Zoom, Slack, Box, and Unily to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Offer expert guidance on governance, security, and compliance, fostering high-quality delivery and user engagement.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrable expertise in integrating and supporting Zoom and Slack in enterprise settings.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and security protocols.
Industry Experience Required:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing IT role, ideally within an enterprise setting or consulting, with a strong emphasis on digital workplace technologies and AI-enhanced tools.
