Pay Range: $40 - $44 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of personalized digital experiences across Adobe platforms. Key duties include content authoring, campaign execution, quality validation, and proactive monitoring of live campaigns. The specialist will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable delivery and continuous improvement of global customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live campaigns using Splunk, building dashboards and alerts for issue detection.

  • Act as an escalation point for production incidents, leading triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination.

  • Collaborate with teams to resolve complex incidents, document findings, and provide recommendations.

  • Maintain operational documentation including runbooks and incident playbooks.

  • Author content and build campaigns within a headless CMS for personalized customer experiences.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Splunk for monitoring and alerting.

  • Experience with Adobe Target or similar campaign orchestration/experimentation tools.

  • Strong understanding of personalization, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.

Industry Experience:
  • Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or similar digital-first environments.
