Job Summary:
This role is responsible for orchestrating the successful deployment of new features and updates within a Salesforce ecosystem. You will manage multiple environments, ensure code integrity through version control, and build robust CI/CD pipelines with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating releases, minimizing downtime, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule feature rollouts, aligning with business objectives.
Manage and maintain multiple Salesforce environments for consistency.
Oversee code merges and conflict resolution using version control.
Ensure thorough testing and smooth deployments with rollback capabilities.
Communicate release status and update all relevant documentation. Must-Have Skills:
Proven Copado experience for Salesforce release management.
Strong understanding of Git branching and merging strategies.
Experience with Salesforce sandbox management and data seeding. Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a focus on complex solution DevOps and release management practices is required.
