Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on accumulating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting operational performance data.
- Facilitate process improvement for department initiatives.
- Coordinate analysis for functional operations reviews.
- Lead projects impacting site operations and customer experiences.
- Provide advice, input, and support for the completion of processes or activities within established procedures.
- 1+ years of clerical, administrative, or secretarial experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Previous experience in banking or financial institutions preferred.
Additional Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Outlook.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects and tasks effectively.
